In short, it was a malicious attack to overwhelm the system. They are becoming more of a rare occurrence, with the advancement of protective systems to frustrate the hackers…but once in a while, there is always ‘one in the crowd’ that gets through. I never understand these guys, their only purpose is to create problems for others.
